The project delivered a Google Cloud AgentSpace-powered automation solution that performs automatic root cause analysis (RCA) of Jira support tickets. By implementing this AI-driven agent, Mindgate aimed to enhance support team productivity and reduce manual resolution time.

The solution was designed to meet several core objectives for a robust, production-ready system:
Platform Setup: Configure AgentSpace with secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) access.
Agent Development: Build a custom, server-side intelligent agent.
Integration: Connect and validate the Jira connector with required authentication.
Automation: Implement the root cause analysis logic and automated ticket updates.
Workflow Execution: Configure AgentSpace workflows to trigger the agent automatically.
Training & Handover: Deliver comprehensive documentation and conduct user training sessions.
The Solution: Google Cloud Services & Automation
The automation platform leverages several core components of Google Cloud AgentSpace:
AgentSpace and Agent Engine.
The custom intelligent agent was built using the Agent Development Kit (ADK) (Python-based).
The solution integrates with systems via Google Workspace Connectors , specifically validating the Jira connector.
Process orchestration is handled by Automation Workflows , with security governed by Identity & Access Management.
